We feel that our marketing of your property is second to none:
- Photographs are the first impression potential tenants have of your property. That is why we take professional wide angle lens shots to make sure your property looks its best.
- We will advertise your property on all major websites, including Rightmove, Zoopla, our website and many more.
- Your property will be advertised in our four conveniently placed local offices in Pontefract, Castleford, Selby, Sherburn, and Goole.
- We will produce a floor plan of the property free of charge, which can increase the advertisement ‘click through rate’ by up to 40%.

Fees
The Fully Managed package is two weeks rent + VAT (subject to a minimum of £360.00 including V.A.T / £300 plus V.A.T ) then 10% + VAT of the monthly rent.
We DO NOT charge any extra for Inventories, Inspections, Renewals, Deposit lodging or check out inspections with this service.
The Tenant Find package the fee is two weeks rent + VAT (subject to a minimum of £480.00 including VAT / £400 plus V.A.T)

Location Films
