Tracey Brown

Tracey founded the company in 2008 and brings a wealth of experience from over 20 years in the property industry. Running the company with passion, leading and caring about her Number 1 Team/Family and ensuring that customer service is top priority. specialising in management takeovers from tenant find landlords that need extra help, and landlords that wish to change agents. Tracey will always go the extra mile for her landlords, tenants & Team.

Dan Bolding

Dan initially started in estate agency in 2005 and joined Number 1 in 2015. Dan is involved in most aspects of running the business. He is fundamental in driving the business forwards working with landlords problem solving with an abundance of knowledge. Dan has incredible passion for the industry and the company and assists in leading the team with his growing knowledge and likeable manner.

Mandy Walton

Mandy has been in the property industry since 2004 and joined Number 1 letting in April 2020. She mainly deals with property Repairs & Maintenance & Marketing of new properties to the market. Mandy is very practical and enjoys working with the contractors to get the repairs completed quickly and efficiently. You will expect Mandy to help and guide you confidently and expertly to get all property problems solved in a friendly and positive manner.

Abbie Singleton

Abbie has been with Number 1 Letting since 2016. She is responsible for listing new properties and dealing with landlords to ensure all is compliant. Additionally, she helps tenants book viewings and find the ideal property. Starting initially as a Saturday Girl she has grown within the Number 1 Family. Having a wealth of knowledge in the lettings industry along with a background in customer service has given her a natural flair. Abbie provides a likeable and friendly approach to both landlords and tenants visiting our office.

Nicole Halliday

Nicole joined Number 1 Letting in 2020. You will find Nicole generally helping with most aspects of the business. Foremostly however she books viewings helping tenants find the home that best fits their requirements. Greeting customers with a smile when you visit our office and helping and assisting in most matters. Nicoles friendly and approachable manner shines through.

Hayley Agar

Hayley has years of experience historically in accounts and rental services. Hayley has been with us since 2011 and takes care of all the accounts aspects of the company. Making sure landlords get rent on time and playing an invaluable part of our team. Providing an efficient and friendly service Hayley has a big heart and an amazing eye for detail, this ensures she provides a friendly but very precise approach to all.

Sue Shaw

Sue initially joined the industry in 2000 and joined Number 1 in 2018. She deals with the banking, administration and thrives in a team environment. Sue gives valuable administration & accounts support with gusto and a smile.

Clair Leister

Clair has been in the property industry since 2007 and joined the Number 1 Team in 2021. Clair deals with maintenance & repairs. She Enjoys dealing with maintenance and finding solutions for repairs with the landlords and tenants. Clair loves the interaction between herself, the sub-contractors, landlords and tenants. You will aways receive a very enthusiastic and energetic service from Clair and a sympathetic ear.

Stacey Marsden

Stacey has been with us since 2011, processing all tenancy applications from application to moving in day. You can expect from Stacey a very thorough and organised approach, giving excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants. Stacey is a vital part of our team and the lettings processes which assist in the smooth running of the company.

Gemma Garbett

Gemma has been in the property industry since 2014 and joined the Number 1 Team in April 2021. Gemma deals with referencing, she enjoys moving people into their new homes and working in a fast-paced environment, being extremely organised and precise helps deliver an impeccable service during the move in process for both parties.

Marta Nowakowska

Marta has been in the Lettings Industry since 2005 and joined Number 1 Letting in February 2023. She has a good overall understanding of the industry. Day to day Marta gets involved in referencing, booking viewings and property inspections. She Loves working in the property industry and multi-tasking. Marta speaks Polish, English, and can communicate effectively with people from Ukraine in a friendly and efficient manner.

Katherine Elliot

Katherine has been in the property industry since 2006 and joined Number 1 Letting in 2019. She ensures that all the properties that we manage have valid Gas Safety certificates & organises other important repairs, this is such an important role. Katherine is very organised and precise and can be relied upon to be both efficient, friendly, and helpful.

John Peaker

John has been in the industry since 2005, and Number 1 since 2020. John carries out the accompanied viewings of properties, conducting inventories and property vacations. John has a keen eye which helps him with the attention to detail required in his role. Always friendly helpful and precise john is a key member of the team.
