We pride ourselves in the fact that we do more than other letting companies. We are not simply looking to let a property for you. We are looking at a long term relationship whereby we can guide you through the letting process, giving you as little or as much assistance as you need.
We are not an estate agent that does lettings as a side issue, we are a dedicated letting company with specific staff that deal solely with lettings on a daily basis.
In the first instance we are able to source a property for you to purchase. We have a tremendous amount of local knowledge which allows us to hand-pick suitable properties in the best areas which in turn means they are easier to let.
We have access to independent financial advisors, who can not only advise you on the best mortgage deals but also advise on tax issues, estate planning, insurances etc. You can call into the shop to see them or they will visit you at home.
We feel that our marketing of your property is second to none:
- We will advertise your property in all four of our offices (Pontefract, Goole and Sherburn in Elmet.
- We will advertise your property on a regular basis in the local paper until let
- We will advertise your property on rightmove.co.uk and our own website Number1letting.co.uk
- We will produce a full brochure on the property (unlike other letting agencies that simply produce a summary brochure) with room sizes, fittings, colour photographs etc.
- We will produce a free virtual tour of the property which will allow prospective tenants the opportunity to view the property from the comfort of their own homes prior to viewing.
- We are able to produce a floorplan of the property free of charge which can be added to the brochure.
- We are able to do viewings on the property free 7 days a week including evenings.
